3Shape® Lab Scanner Integration with CAE Dental Lab:
- Access 3Shape Communicate:
- Open a web browser and visit us.3shapecommunicate.com.
- Connect with CAE Dental Lab:
- Search for CAE Dental Lab using the email address: [email protected].
- Download DME File:
- Download the required DME file from provided location.
- Create, Scan, or Import Order:
- In 3Shape Order Manager, create a new order or scan/import an existing one.
- Select CAE Dental Design Center:
- In the External Lab Dropdown menu, choose “CAE Dental Design Center” after the order is created/scanned/imported.
- Save the Order:
- Save the order and then right-click on it.
- Send to Design Center:
- From the context menu, click “Send to Design Center” to initiate the order transmission.
- Receive Order Updates:
- Monitor updates via 3Shape Communicate, and find the STL/CAM file attached to your order in the portal.
By following these steps, you can efficiently integrate CAE Dental Lab into your 3Shape Lab Scanner workflow, ensuring smooth order creation, communication, and file sharing.
