Question: Is there a way to add teeth to the design of this?
Answer: Not specifically on this product. This is mainly for a frame that physical carded teeth will be waxed too and processed. If you need the frame and the teeth please use Flipper Partial / Full Partial – CAD Design product and make the selection "Add Clasps".
