CAD Denture Conversion Services

Our CAD Denture Conversion Services transform your physical denture tooth molds into precise digital models for CAD fabrication. We offer two comprehensive options:

  1. Scan and Convert:
    • We digitize your physical denture teeth, providing STL or DCM files based on your preferred format. This package includes one Denture Card.
  2. Scan, Convert, and Arch Forming:
    • We convert your denture teeth into a digital format and create a pre-designed arch setup for efficient CAD design use. This package includes two Denture Cards and the setup.
    • If you purchase two of these services simultaneously and want both upper and lower arch formats, please specify that in the notes.

Your office will need to send the denture teeth covered by your insurance from your location to CAE Dental (mailing address can be found here).
