Design Settings: Save Your Product Preferences Once, Order Faster Every Time

What Is Design Settings?

Design Settings is a new feature in your My Account area that lets you save your preferred configuration for each product — once. The next time you place an order, all of your custom fields are automatically filled in for you, so you can get straight to submitting without re-entering the same information every time.

How to Set Up Your Design Preferences

  1. Log in to your account and go to My Account → Design Settings.
  2. Use the Choose a product dropdown to select the product you want to configure.
  3. The product's design fields will load automatically below the dropdown.
  4. Fill in your preferred options — material, style, specifications, or whatever fields that product offers.
  5. Click Save Design Settings. You'll see a confirmation message once your preferences are saved.
  6. Repeat for any other products you order regularly.

How It Works When You Order

Once your preferences are saved, visit any product page as normal. Your saved design fields will be pre-populated automatically — no extra steps required. You can still change any field before adding to cart; the auto-fill is just a starting point based on what you saved.Note: Fields like Patient Name and Due Date are order-specific and will never be pre-filled — those always need to be entered fresh for each case.

Clearing or Updating Your Preferences

To update your saved preferences for a product, simply go back to Design Settings, choose the product, make your changes, and save again. To remove all saved preferences for a product, use the Clear button on that product's fields.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I save preferences for multiple products?

Yes. Each product has its own saved configuration. Use the dropdown to switch between products and configure each one separately.

Will my preferences carry over to every order?

Yes — every time you visit a product page, your saved settings are loaded automatically. If your preferences change for a specific case, just update the fields before adding to cart.

I don't see a product I expect in the dropdown. Why?

The Design Settings dropdown only shows products that have configurable design fields. If a product doesn't appear, it may not have any design options assigned, or your account may be set to display a specific product category. Contact us if you think a product is missing in error.
