3Shape® Lab Scanner Integration with CAE Dental Lab:

1. Access 3Shape Communicate:
   • Open a web browser and visit us.3shapecommunicate.com.
2. Connect with CAE Dental Lab:
   • Search for CAE Dental Lab using the email address: [email protected].
3. Download DME File:
   • Download the required DME file from provided location.
4. Create, Scan, or Import Order:
   • In 3Shape Order Manager, create a new order or scan/import an existing one.
5. Select CAE Dental Design Center:
   • In the External Lab Dropdown menu, choose “CAE Dental Design Center” after the order is created/scanned/imported.
6. Save the Order:
   • Save the order and then right-click on it.
7. Send to Design Center:
   • From the context menu, click “Send to Design Center” to initiate the order transmission.
8. Receive Order Updates:
   • Monitor updates via 3Shape Communicate, and find the STL/CAM file attached to your order in the portal.
