📘 How to Connect CEREC® to CAE Dental Lab
Overview
CEREC® systems allow you to connect directly with CAE Dental Lab through the CEREC Connect platform. Once CAE Dental is added to your account, you can send cases quickly and securely from your CEREC workflow. This guide walks you through setting up your CEREC Connect account and adding CAE Dental as a preferred lab.
🔗 Step 1: Access CEREC Connect
To begin:
- Log in to your CEREC Connect account
- If you don’t have an account yet, create one using your practice information
CEREC Connect is required to search for and add partner labs.
🧭 Step 2: Navigate to “MY CEREC CONNECT”
Once logged in:
- Select “MY CEREC CONNECT” from the main menu
- This section allows you to manage your lab connections and account settings
🔍 Step 3: Search for CAE Dental Lab
Inside the lab search area:
- Locate the Company Name search box
- Type “CAE Dental”
- Click “FIND” to search the directory
CAE Dental should appear in the search results.
➕ Step 4: Add CAE Dental to Your Lab List
When CAE Dental appears:
- Check the box next to CAE Dental
- Click “ADD” to complete the registration
CAE Dental will now be saved as a connected lab in your CEREC system.
📤 Step 5: Send Cases Through CEREC
Once CAE Dental is added:
- Complete your scan in CEREC
- Select CAE Dental as the destination when submitting your case
- Upload any additional files or notes as needed
Your case will transmit directly through the CEREC Connect workflow.
