📘 How to Manage Your Email Notifications in Your CAE Dental Account
Overview
Your CAE Dental account includes a Notifications panel where you can control which emails you receive. This includes updates about your case status as well as optional newsletter subscriptions. This guide explains how to enable or disable these notifications.
🔐 Step 1: Log In to Your CAE Dental Account
Go to caedental.com and log in using your email and password.
Once logged in, you’ll be taken to your account dashboard.
👤 Step 2: Open Your Profile Settings
Inside your dashboard:
- Click My Account → Profile → Notifications menu
This section controls all email preferences linked to your account.
📬 Step 3: Manage Order Status Notifications
Order status notifications alert you whenever:
- A case’s Design is Ready for download/review
- A case’s Redesign is Ready for download/review
- A designer/support staff adds notes or requests information
To enable or disable these alerts:
- Toggle the Order Status Notifications option ON or OFF
When enabled, you’ll receive an email each time your case progresses through the workflow.
📰 Step 4: Manage Newsletter Subscriptions
You can also control whether you receive CAE Dental newsletters, updates, and announcements.
To update your subscription:
- Toggle the Newsletter Subscription option ON or OFF
Turning it off removes you from marketing and update emails while keeping your account active.
📌 Notes
- Disabling order notifications will prevent you from receiving case‑status emails, but you can still track all updates inside My Account → Cases.
- Newsletter preferences can be changed at any time.
- These settings apply only to your individual account login.
