Your CAE Dental dashboard is the central hub for managing orders, uploading files, tracking progress, and accessing your account information. This guide explains each section so you can navigate confidently and keep your workflow running smoothly.
Dashboard Sections
1. Orders
This is where you’ll manage all active and past cases.
You can:
- View order status
- Open individual case pages
- Upload additional files
- Download completed designs
- Review case notes and communication
Statuses may include:
- Received – Your case has been submitted successfully
- In Design – Our team is actively working on your case
- Awaiting Additional Files – More information or scans are needed
- Completed – Your final files are ready for download
2. Order Details Page
Clicking any order opens a detailed view where you can:
- See all uploaded files
- Add new scans, photos, or notes
- View designer comments
- Download final deliverables
- Check timestamps for each update
This page is also where you’ll respond if our team requests additional information.
3. Account Information
Located under My Account, this section allows you to manage:
- Contact information
- Practice or lab details
- Password changes
- Billing preferences
- Saved addresses (if applicable)
Keeping this information updated ensures smooth communication and accurate invoicing.
4. Store Credit
If your account uses store credit, you’ll see:
- Current balance
- Credit applied to recent orders
Store credit can be applied at checkout when available.
5. Billing & Payments
Depending on your setup, you may see:
- Saved payment methods
- Autopay settings (weekly or per‑case)
- Monthly Statements
