Step 1: Log in to CAE Dental Account #
Navigate to caedental.com and log in to your account using your username and password.
Step 2: Select the Requested Design #
At the top of the page, locate and click on the type of design you need. This will take you to a Photo Library of the all the design types and select the design you are requesting.
Step 3: Fill out the RX #
Fill out the RX with all the pertinent information then click the “send to production” botton at the bottom of the RX.
Step 4: Checkout #
Go to your chart located in the upper right hand corner of the page and click “checkout.” Verify that the billing information is correct. Select your choice payment method. Check the “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions box then click the “place order” button.
Step 5: Upload Files #
Once you order is created, upload all the files needed for designing. Click the “Select Files” button, browse your computer, and select the file(s) you want to upload. You can also drag and drop files directly into the upload area.
Max file size: Unlimited | Allowed formats: stl, ply, dcm, obj, zip, 7zip, pts, jpg, jpeg, png, xml.
Step 6: Manage Orders #
After you’ve uploaded your files, you can manage you orders on “your account” under the “cases” tab. You can check the status of your case(s), add notes/questions directly to CAE Dental, upload additional files, see price, and more.
Step 7: Receive Designs #
Once your design is finished, the design will be uploaded to the order that you created using the steps above. You will receive an email stating that your design is ready for download. Click on the link and it will take you directly to your order on caedental.com. You designs will be found in the “designed” folder where you can download.
